The purpose of expediting service is to ensure that:

the fabrication / production / inspection schedule are respected

the contractual delivery date is maintained

the vendor /manufacturer conformed is with all contractual technical documentation

Based on the above, I.T.I. Inspector will monitor the development of the fabrication / production /
inspection activities in order to achieve the contractual delivery date and the foreseen quality level.

To obtain this purpose it will be mandatory for I.T.I. Inspector:

to organize a simple line of communication between vendor / manufacturer and client / I.T.I.

in order to guarantee an easy exchange of information between all involved parties

to be sure that the purchase order and all relevant technical documentation will be fully realized

by the vendor / manufacturer in order to guarantee the application of purchase order requirements

to issue a pro-active expediting report on which all possible bottlenecks / problems and delays

have to be anticipated and underlined together with a technical analysis prepared to achieve
and propose a satisfactory solution.

The expediting activity is carried out by I.T.I. Inspector at the vendor / manufacturer workshop in order to
check / expedite / verify:

engineering / drawing / document status

materials / components purchasing / delivery status

production / fabrication / inspection status

certification / documentation status

packing / shipment status

The frequency of these visits is agreed with the client based on the purchase order
requirements and depending on the verified reliability of the vendor / manufacturer
